• Orders are processed after successful order confirmation.

• Our team may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to verify your order before dispatch.

• Orders are processed during business hours and may require additional verification in certain cases.

Delivery Time

• Most orders are delivered within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery timings are from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Failed Delivery Attempts
