• Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only within Lahore.

• Customers must make full payment at the time of delivery.

• Failure to respond to order confirmation requests may result in order cancellation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We currently deliver only within Lahore.

• Most orders are delivered within 1–2 business days; however, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Free delivery is available within Lahore unless otherwise stated.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Products may only be eligible for return or refund if they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete upon delivery and reported within the specified timeframe.
